It is important to us that families are reassured about the nanny they’ve chosen to have in their home. Therefore, we guarantee each nanny goes through our in-depth screening process.
Hiring Process for our Nannies:
* Interviewed
* Childcare references are contacted (2 or more professional references)
* Nanny’s CPR and First Aid certification (infant, child, and adult) is verified and current
* A thorough background check (including State, Federal, and National criminal records, OFAC check, and National and state sex offender registries) is completed
* 3 or more years experience in childcare
* Legally able to work in the U.S.
* Clean online presence and profiles
* Love and enjoy working with children
* Honest, trustworthy and reliable, with a good work ethic

My Loving Nanny does not guarantee the ability to fill every request, but we ensure that nannies are continuously recruited and list their availability to provide care.
Nanny’s Hourly Rate
Nanny’s set their own rate and it is posted on their profile. If you select a specific nanny or a nanny expresses interest in your request you will be able to see and approve their hourly rate.
Nanny hourly rate range $20-30/hr
*Nanny’s are paid directly by families at the end of care (paid in 15 min increments)
Please arrange payment type PRIOR to care. Nannies can be paid using cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
Membership Fee
Our membership provides your family with assurance and peace of mind by gaining access to vetted and background nannies available to be booked.
Non-Refundable Annual Membership Fee
$250/annually (paid upon signing up)
$35/mth (if paid monthly)
Booking Fee
When booking care we apply a booking fee for each day of care, once it is confirmed.
Non-Refundable Booking fee
$20 per day
$75 per week
Once a nanny is booked and confirmed to your request, the non-refundable booking fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
Additional Fees
**Over Night Sitter Rates: (10pm – 7am) flat rate
Holiday Rates: Paid holidays are as follows: New Years Day, Easter, and 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Holiday pay is required if the nanny is working on any paid holidays.
Overtime pay is regular rates x 1.5
Holiday pay is regular rates x 2
**Overnight rates are charged ONLY if families book care to cover a full night that ends after 7am
