We are recruiting and hiring for our Backup Care program service. This is an employee benefit program that offers in-home childcare benefits to employees of local corporations and their families.

We‘re looking for experienced, professional and talented nannies to join our team!

There is a high volume of these families in need of backup care on a daily basis, so the work is very regular and consistent and can provide up to full-time hours.

Backup Care Program Locations:
Greater Seattle Area
Spokane
Greater Austin Area
San Antonio
Dallas
Fort Worth
Houston – Spring of 2026

Job Details:

Hours: up to 40 hours/week. Jobs that fit within your schedule!
Schedule: Every day of the day – 4-12+ hour shifts. You work the days you want.
Duties: You don’t drive with children. Care is for children of all ages. Infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and grade schoolers.
Start Date: ASAP!

Benefits:

Flexibility: You get to create your own schedule.
Pay: Starting at $20/hr+

Minimum Qualifications:

–Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
–Fluent in English
–Clean criminal background & driving record (juvenile and adult)
–CPR & First Aid certified – infant and adult (current)
-3 years of childcare experience
-3 childcare references – 2 professional or personal references
-At least 19 yrs old
-Have a clean, acceptable (family-friendly) online presence
-Non-Smoker
